Rated 1 out of 5 by from unsatisfied - bank account change I had to change my bank account because my life insurance payment is auto-withdrawn. I sent the form on 7/8/16 and a voided check on 7/12/16. You didn't process my request and I was late on a payment because I didn't send both in together. #1 you could have filed my form then filed my voided check separately. That's not difficult and #2, when my voided check was sent in without a form and deemed insufficient to your needs you could have reached out via a phone call or an email letting me know my bank account change wouldn't be completed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Frustrating Yesterday I spent 20 minutes a the phone with a lady requesting to reset my password. The reset password e-mail was sent 4-5 hours after the call and on top of that expires. This is really frustrating. I have an account with you that I cannot access because of the extreme security procedure you have. To enter to the message I needed to enter a Password. How come? If I’m calling because I need a password reset? I’m glad my money is secure with you, but is as secure that I cannot even see it and now I have to spend another 20 minute on the phone to receive an e-mail 4 hrs later

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took multiple calls to resolve issue I called because the website would not show my account a balance. AXA told me they had locked it due to some security issues on their end. They had me go through all the security questions and then had to contact "another department". Eventually they said it would be fixed in 24 hours. It wasn't. I had to do the same routine 4 times over several weeks until the account was finally unlocked. Now my wife has to do the same.
