AXA receives a perfect score on the 2016 Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index

For the third year in a row, AXA earned a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI), recognizing the company as one of the “Best Places to Work for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Equality.”

AXA is proud to receive this recognition, as the company is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that celebrates diversity and respect for all.  The company recently launched “Allies@AXA Pride,” AXA Group’s first global Employee Resource Group (ERG).  This group, along with the U.S. national ERG “AXA Pride,” creates and sustains an AXA presence in the LGBT community, fostering advocacy and action across the 59 countries where AXA’s employees and clients live and work.

Earlier this year, AXA sponsored and participated in the New York City Pride Festival. Enjoy this recap of the festivities, including highlights from various events at NYC Pride, CNY Pride, and UK Pride festivals:
