AXA Equitable receives accolades for website design

NEW YORK — AXA Equitable, a leader in providing financial security and retirement products, received seven awards for its website www.axa.com. The recognition comes from Corporate Insight, a leading provider of competitive intelligence and user experience research to the financial services industry, via the Monitor Awards. AXA Equitable is recognized in two Monitor Awards categories: Life Insurance and Annuity.

“Over the last several years AXA has focused on our clients’ digital experience, understanding this is a core pillar of being a customer-centered company. We're excited by this recognition — evidence that putting the customer first is making a difference," said Saras Agarwal, Managing Director, Digital and Omni-channel Marketing at AXA US.

In the Life Insurance Monitor Awards, AXA Equitable won a total of four medals, more than any other companies in this category. AXA received its second consecutive gold medal for its public homepage in the Public Homepage and Navigation category. “The firm continues to do an excellent job promoting its services with eye-catching graphics, including an animated firm history timeline,” the Corporate Insight report states. “The main navigation menu offers intuitive access to key site areas.”  

AXA also received its second consecutive gold medal in Client Account Management Services, a silver medal for its Public Life Insurance Product information, and a silver medal for its Advisor Illustration Systems.

Gold Monitor Awards are given to recognize online features that exceed Corporate Insight’s criteria for overall excellence and usability. AXA was recognized for achieving the greatest number of total awards in the Life Insurance Monitor Awards category.

Among the companies receiving Annuity recognition, AXA received a silver medal for its Public Homepage and Navigation, a silver medal in the Advisor Sales and Prospecting Materials category and a bronze medal for its Public Product Information.
