Jeff Spritzer is Lead Director and Head of Technology and Operations for the AXA US Employee Benefits business.
AXA recently launched its new Employee Benefits business in the U.S. After extensive research and feedback from the market, AXA brought together technology and dedicated professionals to make the employee benefits experience powerfully simple. The comprehensive suite of insurance products, including dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability is designed for small- to medium-sized businesses with 20 to 500 employees.
Spritzer leads the team that is responsible for implementing the technology solutions and operational processes that are critical to the success of the business. He is charged with rolling out EB360sm -- AXA’s integrated benefits platform, which is the foundation of the employee benefits experience. He is also accountable for execution of all the processes required to successfully launch and maintain an efficient operating model.
Before joining the Employee Benefits team, Spritzer served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Individual Annuity and 401(k) business lines within AXA Distributors, LLC, the wholesale distribution arm of AXA US. His responsibilities included strategy origination, business planning, technology solutions and performance reporting. Within the realm of technology solutions, Spritzer was responsible for AXA’s 3rd party, advisor facing website, CRM solution and new business automation platforms. Prior to this Spritzer spent 10 years serving in various capacities within AXA Advisors, the retail broker dealer division of AXA US. Areas of responsibility included field technology initiatives, marketing and project management
Spritzer holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Swarthmore College.
